Part-Time Village of Loomis Bookkeeper Needed!

The Village of Loomis is now taking applications for a part-time bookkeeper/ secretary. The position will require either knowledge of or willing to learn QuickBooks from which payroll, utility billing, and accounts payable will be done. Other duties include, but not limited to the following: reconciling accounts, filing of monthly and quarterly reports required by the state and federal government, monitor the village email account, prepare Village Board packets and minutes, and maintain the Village of Loomis website. The employee may work from home and will have to spend minimal time doing work at the office.
