NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
LOOMIS VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MONDAY, JUNE 3, 2024

The Loomis Village Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Loomis Community Building to discuss and take action on one (1) agenda item:
“Approval and adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance by the Village of its General Obligation Water Bonds, Series 2024, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $145,000, for the purpose of constructing and improving water infrastructure related improvements of the Village.”
No other business will be discussed.
