NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

LOOMIS VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2024

5:00 pm

The Loomis Village Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Loomis Community Building to discuss and take action on one (1) agenda item:

        To introduce and accept a payment to Downey Drilling in the amount of $121,471.25 for completion of the new well and to retract the acceptance of a claim to Miller and Associates in the amount of $121,471.25.

No other business will be discussed.
