Automatic Withdrawal Utility Payments

July 01, 2025

There was an Email glitch by the Village of Loomis when the Automatice Withdrawal notices were sent to the First State Bank so the June Payment will be withheld tomorrow for all patrons with automatice withdrawal and the July payment will be withdrawn on July 15.  We apologize for the delay but there will be no interest charges or notices.  The Loomis Village Board is utilizing a program so that all patrons may utilize automatic withdrawals for utility payments at any bank, not just the First State Bank of Loomis.  All patrons will be receiving a letter with the explanation of the program and instructions as to applying for ACH payments.  This will not only be helpful for our collection process but will be an opportunity for our patrons to use their personal bank for payment.  Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
