We have received several calls concerning the Splash Pad. All ten of the valves leak and causes a slimy mold to form on the pad, which is very slippery and dangerous. We have ordered the valves and are awaiting delivery and the company that installed the pad is no longer operating in the United States. We installed ten valves two years ago and they are leaking again. They were installed under the drain by the contractor and so water continously flows over the valves and wiring, causing a problem. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot run the pad and have a child slip and get hurt. We do not have the personnel to spray the pad daily to power wash the slime as we are down to one employee. Please bear with us and we will try to get it fixed as soon as parts arrive.
